Project-based training

Training activities start with the analysis of the company’s situation, where it is necessary to identify as accurately as possible the learning curve of an individual within the organization. This makes it possible to design effective and efficient educational/training plans. 

Subsequently, the results are shared with the project manager appointed by the organization. 

Then, a proposal is submitted, outlining tailor-made actions, training or skill-upgrading courses. After the training program is over (classroom courses, workshops, seminars),the monitoring and follow-up phase begins, to determine whether the knowledge imparted has been translated into more functional and better conduct within the organization.
